The MMA is a purely volunteer non-profit organization. Our membership strives to support the entire birth community, including midwifery in all its forms throughout Michigan and beyond. Our diverse membership strengthens our collective voice with its shared message.

To become a member of MMA for one year, download and complete our printable Membership Form from the link below, along with a check made out to “MMA” in the amount of $40 for students/apprentices, or $65 ($120 for two years) for midwives/professionals, to:
